Mold Removal and Remediation

Remember: Mold grows in damp or humid environments, particularly an indoor water emergency...

...and it only takes around 24-48 hours for mold and other growth to appear and begin spreading to adjacent areas.

Following a visual inspection, our next step is to take careful readings of moisture and temperature conditions in less-obvious potential growth areas...

...such as underneath baseboard trim...

...and even behind walls.

After inspecting the affected area for both growth and excessive moisture, we rapidly dry the area out.

After drying the area as much as possible, we remove affected elements...

...such as drywall...

...and any other any affected details like baseboards, doorway trim, carpeting, and sometimes even ceiling panels.

The process of drying the affected area entirely while removing badly affected structural elements is crucial to minimizing the potential effects and spread of mold.

We then thoroughly clean and disinfect affected structural features that cannot be removed...

...such as wall studs and other framing infrastructure and/or concrete walls and floors.

Lastly, we encapsulate any remaining residue using a specialized topical application.

Our encapsulation coating prevents the return of mold and other growth.
